Our client had a challenge. He wanted to demolish his house and build a new one on the existing foundation, while also adding to it for extra space. Brecknock Builders was up for the challenge! We made necessary repairs to the foundation, expanded it for the addition, and even had to make new point loads work with the existing foundation in order to achieve the open layout the client wanted.
