Lacker Sunroom Addition

Need extra space? Rather than moving, many times, it makes sense to build an addition. With this project, the clients wanted to add a great room with a skylight, but the timber frame project didn't stop there. They wanted to open up their home's floor plan to give their family the freedom to use their existing space more effectively. To achieve this goal, we added a steel beam to support the back side of the house, enabling the open space they desired. Outside the house, we put on a new roof, added a stone facade, and new siding to complete the project. The family can now enjoy their beautiful remodeled home for generations!
