This project brought several unique challenges. Starting with a completely wooded property, 45 acres of trees had to be cleared. The client lived out of state and was moving to the area, which could have created communication difficulties, but the end result was worth it. The customer designed the house and we at Brecknock Builders made it to his specifications.
