The Foxes had an old house – a very old house – and it was time for an update. We provided the client with a plan to replace their old house, completely demolishing the old building and starting afresh. This brand new custom home includes a fully-finished basement. The original basement wasn't deep enough to allow room to stand up straight, which meant that we had to dig the foundation deeper to give them the functional basement they always wanted!
