Bolton's Farm Market

Most building projects are not made overnight. The expansion at Bolton's Farm Market was no exception. The Bolton's needed to expand their market store and wanted to keep their existing store open as much as possible during construction. This goal was complicated by the fact that the new store was to be built on top of the old one! There was a lot of back and forth between the clients and us to get the design just right. Once the design was approved, we built around the existing pole barn store on all four sides and over the top. After the new building was completely finished, we demolished the old store. The Bolton's were pleased to keep the store open almost the entire time; they only had to close the store for four days during the entire project! To top it off, they have seen a dramatic increase in sales with the new store. Another job done, another happy client.
